With the help of a grant from Empty Bowls Monongalia, and the support of our congregation... we pack weekly weekend snack pack bags for children experiencing food insecurity at Eastwood Elementary. 

Generations of Scouts have called Avery's Troop 52 home! We even host a new all-girl chapter of Scouts BSA!

Members of our church family volunteer to provide and serve dinner to food insecure and homeless community members monthly. 

Middle and high school youth group are active in missions, bible study, and fellowship events too! 

Join us for kids' Sunday School class, Sundays at 9:45am, as well as nursery care for the little ones, and Children's Church during 11am Worship.

We are currently searching for a new Director of Music Ministry. We look forward to the return of choir, and have enjoyed The Handbell choir, under the leadership of Bonnie Barr.

Members crochet or knit blankets and prayer shawls. These are blessed during worship services and then stored in this trunk. Folks are encouraged to take one for someone who could use our warmth and prayers.

Each summer, the kids take over the church for a week of bible learning, singing, dancing, and fun! You don't want to miss it! 

Every year, we're blessed to kick off the holiday season by packing bags of food to provide complete Thanksgiving dinners for lots of local families in need! 

Offering help & hope for anyone who's been affected by someone else's drinking or drug use. This support group meets 

Monday evenings at 7:00pm

Our members are active in local, regional, and international mission work. We've done everything from building decks in Blacksville, to building bridges across rivers in Africa!
